STRUCTURAL GLAZING SYSTEM
VS 60 is a new and innovative product in the structural field: by maintaining its architectonic appearance, it boasts many different advantages compared to the more traditional systems. The features and versatility of VS 60 materials have opened new frontiers to creativity applied to the design of new buildings.
The mix of different kinds of glass originates new shades of colours, while the reflection of crystal spreads incomparable light effects. The combination of glass with other materials such as granite, aluminium, etc. gives selected and artistic details to mainly functional buildings. 

Anchorages to the floor are integrated in the system in a way to consent the three orthogonal movements that recover the tolerances of the concrete. 

Main feature: mechanical and horizontal tight
Each glass is horizontally kept, as  well as in the upper and below side, by special profiles hung at the structure.  Insulating glass panes must be horizontally supported and hold the lower part in continuous, by glazing bead profiles hung to the supporting structure by couplers and screws. 


Direct contact between glazing bead and the glass will be prevented by specific gasket in silicone. As glazing bead as interested gaskets must not be visible from the outside.

Continuous Vertical tight
In the building yard, once installed all glass and/or granite, we seal with special silicone.

Openable frames
Openable frames must be auto balanced toward the outside; no difference between the openable and the fix will be appreciated.

Anchorages
let the facade totally free and with no metallic contact
