Curtain Wall with mullions and transoms
The different systems you can find on the market may often cause problems.
Therefore we have asked ourselves how to solve them. Some of these matters regard:

1. Aesthetic deformation of glass panes
2. Weathering tight
3. Risk of breaking

We aimed to study a system with the same appearance of the others but with the following advantages:

1. Few profiles
2. Adaptability for glasses with a uniform
pressure of the joints
3. No undercover
4. Little working in the workshop
5. Easy installation
6. Standard wall joints
7. Affordable prices

FEATURES
Light Alloy 6063T5
Few elements and less work.

The cover can be:
a – in extruded silicone
b – in aluminium profile

Acoustic and thermal insulation

SY 50 – a: total  cover of the aluminium structure surface towards the outside, with the sealant joint

SY 50 – b: aluminium, air chamber and fittings in nylon and glass fiber

The system holds various elements:
glasses, granites, panes

Features of tight

Anchoring brackets
Anchoring brakets on the soil, integrated to the system, consent the three orthogonal mouvements. The facade is so free to moove without any metallic contact to the soil. In case of earthquake the wall would "float".

we were successful in planning the SY 50
system in the following versions:

A) External cover made of extruded silicone
coloured with vulcanised angles.

B) External cover in light alloy profile
either anodised or lacked.

C) Semi-structural with continuos cover
on one side only: vertical or horizontal,
the 90°side will be structural with glass panels.
