Information on Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003
Customer personal data is recorded by Nuova Systema S.n.c in order to perform its services or by users and to provide pertinent information. Incomplete or false data recorded results in the impossibility to give you information and or/send requested material. Said data is processed in observance of Italian Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 (Personal data protection). We inform users that the personal data provided by customers will not be delivered to other commercial subjects and shall be processed of the following purposes:
a) necessary activities strictly connected with our services;
b) activities connected with relevant notifications sent out to users;
c) functional activities, including market research, economic and statistic analysis, as well as the sending of advertising and commercial material. It is always possible to decline processing and release of the personal data provided for this purpose.
The processing of personal data shall be regulated by the principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency and shall take place, in compliance with the abovementioned law, in full observance of the utmost privacy and protection of the customer’s rights.

The submission of the requested data is mandatory in order to enable access to our informaion. The data provided may be disclosed to third parties delegated to carry out this service on behalf of Nuova Systema S.n.c exclusively for the purposes described above.
Customers hereby declare they are aware of their rights pursuant to art. 7 of Italian Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, summarized below.
Article 7 of the code concerning the protection of personal data grants customers the possibility to exercise specific rights, among which the right to obtain confirmation from Nuova Systema S.n.c as to the existence of their personal data as well as making it available in an intelligible form; to be informed of the source of the personal data as well as the logic applied and the purpose the processing is based on; to obtain the deletion, anonymization or blocking of unlawfully processed data, as well as the updating, correction or, if interested, the integration of data concerning them for the purpose of receiving advertising or direct sales material or to carry out market research.
