Curtain Wall with Cells
The facade is an altogether exterior lightweight wall;
the aluminium frame consists of mullions and transoms as well

The metal frame is connected to the supporting structure in order to absorb tolerances and to facilitate elastic movements. 

The wall is designed to take up internal or external temperature-induced or dynamic movements, without squeaking.
In order to work out problems connected with weathering tight, the entire outer frame, once assembled, is covered with synthetic rubber frames having vulcanised corners.
The buffering elements consist of anodised or heat-lacquered light alloy frames, to which glass chamber panes area applied in the light transmitting areas; 

We have double structural sealant protection:

    1.

glass to glass

    2.

between outer glass and frame
(sealant of tight for more security)

    3.

structural silicone sealant between glass panels, totally protected

    4.

The main silicone sealant is applied during the glass chamber manufacturing process, and therefore under ideal conditions of control and safety as well

APPEARANCE
Purity of lines thanks to a continuous 14-mm spacing between the glass panes. Total absence of any visible support members or rims give the wall its absolutely mirror-like appearance.

THERMAL INSULATION
Absence of thermal linking as to specific requirements use of buffering elements.

MAINTENANCE
Limited to the periodic washing of the glass panes.
In case of need, it is always possible to replace a glass pane.
It is also easy to remove and to reinstall each buffering element, even in the presence of internal or masonry breast, ceiling, Fancoil or other elements.

LIFE
ALLGLASS facade is practically unalterable, since only permanent long-life materials (glass, silicone sealant, EPTN gaskets) are exposed to the outer environment.

 

Half-tempered single glass panes with a separate insulating panel are applied, instead, in the blind areas.
The distinctive features of these kinds of glass, and the special system used to anchor glass panes to the frame ensure the maximum safety, infact the glass towards the inside is kept into four sides in continuos

SILICONE SEALANTS
In-factory sealing is not contemplated in our system.
All the sealants used are of primary silicone producers.
It is now well established that these sealants maintain their adhesiveness, elasticity and cohesiveness even if exposed to harsh climate and in particular to the action of ozone and ultraviolet rays.
Silicone sealants can be used from -50°C to +190°C.
Gaskets with special mixes that are exceptionally resistant to ozone and to environment; they also feature excellent performances in the presence of acids and alkali and can be used between -40 °C and +135°C.
